RemyReviews is operated by Overseas Software Advisors, a Wyoming corporation with an address at 312 W. 2nd St #1612, Casper, WY 82601, USA. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to trbasco@gmail.com.

Information we process

• Account and business information, including your name, contact details, business locations, preferences, and timezone.
• Google Business Profile data you authorize us to access, including reviews, ratings, reviewer names, existing owner replies, and publication status.
• Drafts, edits, approvals, skipped responses, and other actions taken through RemyReviews.
• WhatsApp contact information and messages used to deliver review alerts and process your instructions.
• Authentication credentials and tokens needed to connect authorized services. We do not receive your Google or Meta password.
• Technical records used for security, reliability, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention.

How we use information

We use information to import and organize reviews, generate suggested replies, deliver messages you request, publish replies after your approval, synchronize connected services, create review insights, provide support, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not publish a response to Google without an authorized user action.

Service providers and disclosures

We share information only as needed with service providers that run RemyReviews, including hosting, database, AI, Google Business Profile, and WhatsApp/Meta services. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate the service, keep reliable business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. You may request account or personal-data deletion by emailing us. Some records may be retained when legally required or necessary for security and audit purposes.

Your choices

You can disconnect Google, pause WhatsApp messages, use STOP where supported, and request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Depending on where you live, additional data-protection rights may apply.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy as RemyReviews develops. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
