Terms of Service
These terms govern use of RemyReviews, a product operated by Overseas Software Advisors. By using the service, you agree to them.
The service
RemyReviews helps authorized business users monitor reviews, prepare suggested responses, approve or edit replies, publish approved replies through connected platforms, and review aggregated insights. Features may change as the service develops.
Your account and authority
You must provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and have authority to connect and act for each business profile and WhatsApp recipient you add. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content and approvals
You retain ownership of content you provide. You authorize us to process it only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Suggested replies are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing them and for every reply you approve for publication.
Acceptable use
You may not use RemyReviews unlawfully; impersonate another business; access profiles without permission; send abusive, deceptive, or infringing content; interfere with the service; or attempt to bypass security or platform rules.
Connected services
Google, WhatsApp, Meta, and other third-party services have their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for their independent actions, outages, policy changes, moderation decisions, or account restrictions.
Availability and results
We work to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, publication of any reply, review volume, search ranking, AI visibility, or a particular business result.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, comply with law or platform rules, address nonpayment, or respond to material misuse.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemyReviews is provided “as is.” Overseas Software Advisors is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
